2. Ginisang Ampalaya

For this dish, the vegetable is sautéed with egg, tomato, onion, and sometimes garlic, shrimp, or pork, but the bitter gourds are always the star.
3. Lumpiang Sariwa
This one pretty much requires more effort than the other meals on the list. You need to thinly slice sweet potato, cabbage, carrots, lettuce, string beans - as thin as it gets for a perfect serving. Don’t give up on chopping and wrapping them up, because once it comes all together in your mouth with the sweet sauce and peanuts, everything is super worth it. You can also add shrimp for the filling if you want to!
4. Tuna Sandwich
We’re pretty sure you’ve stocked up on canned tuna on your freezer almost everyday, especially when this quarantine period was announced and extended by the local government unit, so this is a quick and easy snack with no flap. Simply combine tuna flakes, onion, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Spread it over some tasty bread, add some sliced tomatoes and cucumber, and you’re ready for some awesome and tasty snack! Happy eating!
