Frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts can be thawed in the fridge ahead of time, in an airtight bag in a bowl of cold water, or even in the microwave on a defrost setting. If you don’t have lemons on hand, you can always use bottled lemon juice. You can also serve this with frozen, canned, or fresh veggies and easy cheesy rice pilaf.
6. Beef and Broccoli
